The hotel staff was very patient with our questions and concerns. They assisted us in a variety of things like, making a reservation in restaurants, directions to a store, booking a taxi, getting a private shuttle to the airport, etc. Truly appreciated their service! Location was also excellent since it was walking distance to many landmarks, shops, and restaurants. I recommend getting the bigger rooms on the higher floor since it has a nice view of the city and includes free use of the club room/lounge for snacks and drinks.

Although I had flight delays, checking in was a breeze (even felt like a VIP). Had stayed here about 10 years ago and wanted to come back and the experience was even better than before. The lounge access was a wonderful reprieve from a busy day with a good selection of drinks and bites to eat showcasing local ingredients. Loved the room allocated to me including grinding coffee beans in the morning to make my coffee in a traditional way. The breakfast was exceptional with vast choices, a huge improvement on my previous stay. The roof top included spa area was stunning and relaxing. Wished I could have stayed longer.

The room on the cross floor was very spacious, especially the bathroom. It's a nice add on to be able to see the crowdedness at the Onsen directly on screen in the room. The view over the city on floor 14 was nice. Drip coffee in the room was awesome! A room on the cross floor gives you free access to the lounge on the 2nd floor, where you can get snacks and self-service alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages included some local Hokkaido specialties, such as sweet wine made from Haskap berries. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered many choices, even soup curry. The miso soup was especially delightful. The self-checkout machine was practical.

+ Very well priced hotel located just 6 minutes walk from the main JR Sapporo Station (although Google Maps sent us around to the back entrance!). Easy for a day trip to Otaru. Make sure you use the South Exit. + Decorated in a low key style which is a little daggy (unlike its sister hotel in Kyoto which is quite glamorous and elegant). But very comfortable. + The buffet breakfast range was excellent and included Hokkaido specialities such as soup curry (delicious) and a self-serve soft ice cream machine as well as seafood. + Good sized room and the bathroom included a bathtub.

Great location right at the center of Sapporo with a comfortable room and a decent price. The bathroom and the shower were especially nice. The view from the 10th floor to the Sapporo TV Tower was nice and all the main attractions of the city were easy to reach by subway or walking from the hotel. There is a public bath on the highest floor that the guests can use freely, which was also a great addition. The staff spoke decent English and were helpful when we checked in. Highly recommended!

All the staff were super helpful from the minute we entered the hotel. They also called to book dinner reservations for us! The location was perfect to be able to walk to the station, the park and many restaurants. The Meet Lounge was very nice to hang out in and have a snack or a drink after returning from sightseeing. The room was large enough to open two suitcases and comfortable with a great view of the Sapporo TV Tower.

We booked a room for family of 3 with lounge access. That worked out well for us as after dinner, we chilled at lounge for snacks and drinks. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out processes are easy. Room was clean, spacious and excellent housekeeping service. Location is within walks to many convenience stores.

The location was excellent...6 minute walk from Sapporo Station and all the shopping that the area offers. Room was super quiet....never heard a noise in our 9 day stay. Room was quite spacious and had separate closet for toilet. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure.

The 336 sf room was comfortable for the two of us to move freely. The extra large king size bed was unexpected and made sleeping more luxurious. The double sinks in the bathroom with separate shower/bath and toilet was especially welcomed making our morning routines convenient and efficient. The morning breakfast buffet had a generous variety of delicious choices and their miso baked king salmon was absolutely wonderful. The room was quiet, elevators prompt, and the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Sapporo train station added even more value.

Good location, short taxi ride to station. Central for our hire car drop off too. Helpful staff, good size room, comfy bed, excellent tasty variety at breakfast. We took advantage of the 'pay a single fee and have unlimited drinks and tasters of Hokkaido food', thus we had an enjoyable and relaxing evening in the cool moody bar with a view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hotel has a trendy cool boutique vibe.
